GEA AUDIO ENGINEERING // HYBRID ANALOG MIX & MASTER

HYBRID ANALOG MIXING & CLUB MASTERING

Engineered for peak-time festival sound systems and DSP streaming compliance. We combine surgical digital precision with harmonic analog summing to deliver punchy low-end, pristine high-frequency clarity, and pristine mono compatibility for electronic music producers.

ENGINEERING // 01

Surgical Stem Balance

Phase alignment, transient shaping, and dynamic vocal/synth balancing across up to 30+ individual track stems.

ENGINEERING // 02

Analog Summing & Depth

Warm harmonic tube saturation and parallel Bus compression for wide stereo imaging and glue.

ENGINEERING // 03

Club System Optimization

True-Peak limiting (-1.0 dBTP), sub-bass acoustic translation audit, and 24-bit/96kHz master delivery.

GEA AUDIO ENGINEERING // PIPELINE PROTOCOL

4-STAGE HYBRID ENGINEERING PIPELINE

Every track submitted to GEA undergoes our rigorous 4-stage hybrid audio engineering pipeline—combining clinical digital precision with real harmonic analog hardware summing.

STAGE // 01

Stem Audit & Phase Balance

Surgical digital EQ cleanup, phase alignment across multi-miked or layered elements, dynamic resonance suppression, and static stem gain staging.

STAGE // 02

Harmonic Analog Summing

Routing stems through discrete analog hardware transformers and tube summing channels to introduce natural warmth, 3D stereo depth, and glue.

STAGE // 03

Master Bus Processing

Multi-band spectral compression, transient shaping, and delicate high-end excitement for crisp synth lines and punchy sub-bass transient punch.

STAGE // 04

DSP & Club System Audit

True-Peak limiting (-1.0 dBTP ceiling), club system mono translation verification, and rendering for all streaming targets (-14 LUFS to club master).

GEA AUDIO ENGINEERING // SUBMISSION PROTOCOL

STEM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

Follow these technical export protocols to ensure seamless catalog ingestion and optimal analog processing for your mixdown.

SPEC // 01

Format & Resolution

  • ✓ Export as 24-bit or 32-bit float WAV / AIFF files.
  • ✓ Match session sample rate (44.1kHz, 48kHz, or 96kHz).
  • ✓ No MP3s or lossy formats accepted.
SPEC // 02

Headroom & Dynamics

  • ✓ Maintain -3dB to -6dB True-Peak headroom per stem.
  • ✓ Bypass master bus limiters, clippers, and brickwall EQs.
  • ✓ Disable auto-gain or master normalization algorithms.
SPEC // 03

Alignment & Naming

  • ✓ Export all stems starting from Bar 1 (0:00 timeline).
  • ✓ Use standardized nomenclature (e.g. KICK.wav, BASS_SUB.wav).
  • ✓ Include BPM and key signature in file/folder title.
SPEC // 04

Wet vs. Dry Stems

  • ✓ Provide dry vocal and lead stems without reverb/delay.
  • ✓ Supply separate FX-only wet stems if spatial processing is crucial.
  • ✓ Package as a compressed ZIP or RAR file link.
